Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TOEFL® iBT preparation service offered at mrreadyprep.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

mrreadyprep is a TOEFL® iBT exam preparation platform offering practice exercises, mock tests, and progress tracking across the Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking sections. The Service is for educational and practice purposes only.

2. Relationship to ETS / TOEFL

mrreadyprep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Educational Testing Service ("ETS"). TOEFL® and TOEFL iBT® are registered trademarks of ETS. These names are used solely in a descriptive sense to identify the exam you are preparing for.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• The Service is intended for students and adults preparing for the TOEFL iBT. If you are under 18, you should only use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6.

4. Free content and subscriptions

• A limited number of items from each practice category and mock test are available free to every registered user.
• Access to the remaining content requires a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription pricing and billing period are shown at checkout via our payment provider, Paddle.
• Payments are processed directly by Paddle; your card details never reach mrreadyprep's servers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for unused time within a period. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
• Pricing and subscription terms may change with advance notice; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share your account with others or use another person's account without authorization.
• Copy, distribute, resell, or publicly republish the Service's content (questions, audio files, text) without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent security measures, or overload it with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, audio recordings, software, and design — is owned by mrreadyprep or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only. Text you write in the Writing section remains yours; we store it only to provide you with scoring and feedback (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular TOEFL score, that our practice content exactly matches the real exam, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. While our practice questions and scoring are designed to closely resemble the real TOEFL iBT exam, they are not a substitute for official ETS results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mrreadyprep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time, or contact us to request deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will try to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
